How to Request a Refund

• You do not need to return physical materials to receive your refund.

Digital Access

Upon processing a refund, access to digital materials (instant downloads, online guides, bonus content) will be revoked.

Physical Products

If you received a physical book or printed materials, you are not required to return them to receive your refund. We trust our customers, and our goal is to make the refund process as simple as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your physical order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us at support@eucrises.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
